Adaro Group – PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of South Kalimantan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available. There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburden. We are currently seeking:

1. Geotechnical Engineer

Requirement:

* Male or Female with max 30 years old
* Min S1 degree in Geology, Civil or Mining (Master degree in Geomechanics/Rock Mechanics will be advantaged)
* 1-2 years experience as Geotechnical Engineer in coal mining or geotechnical consultant. Fresh graduates with final assignment in mining geotechnical topics are welcomed
* Good knowledge with geotechnical software : Geo Studio 2007,UDEC, FLAC & RocScienc
* Have experience in geotechnical drilling

2. Hydrogeologist

Requirement:

* Male or Female with max 32 years old
* Min S1 degree in Geology (Master degree in Hydrogeology will be advantaged)
* 2-3 years working experience as Hydrogeologist in mining or consultant. Fresh graduates with final assignment in Hydrogeologist topics are welcomed
* Must have experience in groundwater modeling
* Good knowledge with hydrogeology drilling & groundwater monitoring. Having experience in depressurize groundwater pressure (dewatering) in open pit mining will be advantage.
