<p>Tax Department Head<br />
(Banten &#8211; Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang)</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>* Manage tax advisory support, tax planning and group tax reporting for the company’s activities and projects under the direction of Head of Tax.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>* University degree qualifications in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or close areas. Having Accounting or Tax certification would be an advantage;<br />
* More than 6 years taxation experience with either a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or a recognized multinational or Indonesian company;<br />
* Well developed knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including Indonesian legislative framework. Having experience in Insurance and/or Banking industry would be an advantage;<br />
* Experience with international taxation and application of double tax treaties is required;<br />
* Well developed knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles. Having understanding of US GAAP would be an advantage; and<br />
* Well experienced in dealing with Indonesian tax authorities and other state authorities, including verbal and written communication on various matters such as tax audits and resolution of tax disputes.</p>

<p>Sr CAD Specialist<br />
(Kuala Lumpur)</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Provide drafting and 3D Computer Aided Design support to Project Teams and departmental infrastructure in specialized or general disciplined areas .<br />
Produce final engineering design documents such as three-dimensional models, detialed arrangements of equipment and components, fabrication drawings etc based on UOP design practices, industry standards and client specifications.<br />
The designer shall coordinate with Project Manager, Fabricator and Client to convey UOP engineering design requirements to be incorporated in the completed project design.<br />
The designer is expected to develop and generate UOP practices and standards in 2 and 3D design.<br />
Perform 2D drafting of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping &amp; Instrumentation Drawings (P&amp;ID) using AutoCad software for the Kuala Lumpur Design Office.<br />
Attend and participate in customer meetings both on and off-site as assigned.<br />
Explain the UOP standard nomenclature and drafting standards to clients.<br />
Consult with the process engineer to create a project specific draft P&amp;ID for internal review based on UOP standard design.<br />
Attend and participate in internal P&amp;ID drawing review and mark-up the project drawings per UOP standards for drafting.<br />
Incorporate all design changes in a timely fashion for review by the process engineer.<br />
Develop expertise in a specific technology area. Perform 2D drafting work for other UOP offices as required.<br />
Construct 3D models for piping and equipment layout utilizing Autoplant software based on UOP and/or client piping specifications.<br />
Conduct internal and external 3D model reviews explaining and defending design decisions.<br />
Organize and prioritize work to meet schedule for 60% and 90% client model review.<br />
Initiates and contributes to development and maintenance of infrastructure such as design tools, design manuals, model attributes and specification templates and shares improvements with colleagues. Develop expertise in a specific technology for optimal piping and equipment layout including offshore design practices.<br />
Develop expertise in Autoplant software to become &#8216;super-user&#8217; who can mentor others in 3D design.<br />
Develop and maintain department 2D PFD and P&amp;ID templates incorporating UOP and industry standards and best practices.<br />
Develop and maintain department 3D models and templates for use in the Kuala Lumpur Design Center and other UOP offices.<br />
Continuous learning of Autoplant 3D modeling software. Be able to proactively learn other software such as PDMS or PDS for 3D modeling.<br />
Work with Project Manager and Team in weekly meetings and schedule updates to ensure projects are on schedule during the course of the project. Coordinating and leading the client 2D P&amp;ID review and reading the client 3D model review.<br />
Work with Lead Designer and other UOP offices to agree on standards and best practices ; sharing workload with international offices ; convincing customer&#8217;s engineers of design options that are proposed</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Mechanical Engineering Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent. 3-8 years experience in EPC Engineering company or equivalent.<br />
Detailed knowledge of ANSI piping classes and typical O&amp;G piping standards.<br />
Experience with AutoCadd drafting required. Knowledge and some experience with AutoPlant, PDMS or PDS 3D modeling software is desirable.<br />
Capable of integrating piping standards into a detailed layout of a process unit.<br />
Good English communication skills.<br />
Capable of working independently and as part of a project team. Ability to work effectively with team members of all disciplines.<br />
Able to check the work of self and others for technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures. Self-motivated and motivates colleagues; does not wait for work to be identified.<br />
Assists in training of less experienced designers.</p>

Kementerian  Perindustrian membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara<br />

menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan  Kementerian Perindustrian.<br />
I. PERSYARATAN UMUM<br />
1. Persyaratan  Pelamar :<br />
a. WNI berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 Tahun dan  setinggi-tingginya 28 Tahun<br />
pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2010.<br />
b.  Memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan.<br />
c. Pelamar berasal  dari Jurusan yang Terakreditasi A oleh Kemendiknas untuk<br />
pendidikan  Strata 1 (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV), dan Terakreditasi B untuk Diploma<br />
III (D.III) / Sarjana Muda kecuali Akademi dengan spesialisasi teknologi  kulit.<br />
d. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan  putusan pengadilan<br />
yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap,  karena melakukan suatu<br />
tindak pidana kejahatan.<br />
e. Tidak pernah  diberhentikan dengan hormat atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai<br />
PNS/TNI/POLRI/pegawai swasta/pegawai BUMN/BUMD tidak atas permintaan<br />
sendiri.<br />
f. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil.<br />

II.  PENDAFTARAN PELAMAR<br />
Waktu dan Tempat Pendaftaran Pelamar<br />
1.  Pengumuman secara terbuka dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Agustus sampai<br />
dengan 14 September 2010.<br />
2. Pendaftaran/registrasi dimulai tanggal  1 September 2010 mulai jam 12.00 WIB<br />
dan ditutup pada tanggal 14  September 2010 jam 15.00 WIB.<br />
3. Pendaftaran pelamar dilaksanakan  secara online melalui situs Kementerian<br />
Perindustrian :  http://www.kemenperin.go.id/<br />

III. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN<br />
Ujian  Penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia<br />
(Pusat/Daerah) secara bertahap;<br />
1. Ujian Tahap I akan dilaksanakan  secara on line<br />
a. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diberikan  ID dan password.<br />
b. Pelamar yang telah memiliki ID dan password  wajib mengikuti ujian Tahap I Tes<br />
Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes  Potensi Akademik (TPA) secara on line<br />
pada tanggal 18 September  2010.<br />
2. Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I (online),  wajib melakukan Validasi<br />
Dokumen Administrastif pada tanggal 20 – 25  September 2010.<br />
3. Ujian Tahap II akan dilaksanakan secara  tertulis, bagi Pelamar yang telah<br />
dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I dan  telah memenuhi persyaratan Administratif.<br />
a. Ujian Tahap II terdiri  dari Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Potensi<br />
Akademik (TPA)<br />
b. Waktu ujian Tahap II penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal<br />
4 Oktober 2010. Khusus wilayah Jakarta bertempat di Gedung Tennis<br />
Indoor, Senayan, sedangkan di daerah dilaksanakan di unit satker/tempat<br />
validasi masing-masing.<br />
c. Peserta ujian diharuskan membawa Pensil  2B asli, alas tulis dan karet<br />
penghapus karena ujian menggunakan  Lembar Jawaban Komputer (LJK).<br />
4. Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus  Ujian Tahap II wajib melakukan Ujian Tahap III<br />
Tes Psikologi dan  mengikuti wawancara yang akan ditentukan kemudian.<br />
5. Hasil ujian  Tahap I, II dan III serta wawancara diumumkan melalui situs<br />
Kementerian Perindustrian : http://www.kemenperin.go.id dan papan<br />
pengumuman Lantai Dasar Gedung Kemenperind Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 52–<br />
53 Jakarta Selatan.<br />

IV. TEMPAT DAN WAKTU VALIDASI PERSYARATAN  ADMINISTRATIF PELAMAR<br />
1. Validasi Administratif dilakukan pada  tanggal 20 – 25 September 2010, bertempat :<br />
a. Kantor Pusat  (Jakarta) di Akademi Pimpinan Perusahaan (APP) Jakarta, Jl.<br />
Timbul,  Nomor 34, Cipedak, Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan.<br />
b. Kantor Daerah di  Unit Kerja Kementerian Perindustrian di Daerah (daftar<br />
terlampir).<br />
2. Persyaratan Validasi ;<br />
a. Formulir pendaftaran dari hasil cetak  pendaftaran on line<br />
b. Foto copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang  disahkan oleh pejabat yang<br />
berwenang (Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak  berlaku).<br />
c. Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi (sesuai dengan yang  dipersyaratkan).<br />
d. Pas photo 3 x 4, sebanyak 3 lembar latar  belakang merah<br />
e. Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- bersedia  ditempatkan pada unit kerja<br />
Kementerian Perindustrian diseluruh  wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik<br />
Indonesia.<br />
f. Bagi Pelamar yang  akreditasi perguruan tingginya tidak tercantum dalam<br />
Ijazah, harus  melampirkan Surat Keterangan Akreditasi/Bukti Akreditasi dari<br />
Perguruan Tinggi.<br />
V. Berkas Lamaran<br />
Pelamar yang dinyatakan  lulus final harus segera menyampaikan Surat lamaran<br />
yang ditujukan  kepada Menteri Perindustrian cq. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian yang<br />
dilampiri dengan:<br />
a. Foto copy ijazah yang telah disahkan oleh  Pejabat yang berwenang beserta<br />
transkrip nilai (Surat Keterangan  Lulus tidak berlaku).<br />
b. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (cantumkan nomor  telepon yang mudah dihubungi).<br />
c. Pas photo terbaru dan berwarna  ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar.<br />
d. Surat Keterangan Kesehatan  Badan dari Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.<br />
e. Surat Pernyataan Bebas  Narkoba yang diterbitkan dan disahkan oleh Rumah Sakit<br />
Pemerintah.<br />
f. Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Kartu Kuning).<br />

g. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian dari Kepolisian yang masih  berlaku.<br />
h. Berkas lamaran berikut lampirannya disampaikan setelah  dinyatakan lulus dan<br />
dimasukkan dalam Map Snelhecter Plastik warna,  Kuning untuk Starata 1<br />
(S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV), dan Hijau untuk  D3/Sarjana Muda<br />
VI. LAIN – LAIN<br />
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA  APAPUN dari pelamar<br />
2. Lamaran yang diajukan sebelum pengumuman ini  dibuat dinyatakan tidak berlaku<br />
dan pelamar harus membuat dan  mengajukan kembali lamaran yang baru sesuai<br />
dengan pengumuman ini.<br />
3. Pelamar yang tidak menyampaikan surat lamaran beserta  kelengkapannya, setelah<br />
dinyatakan lulus ujian CPNS sampai dengan  batas waktu yang ditentukan, maka<br />
yang bersangkutan dianggap  mengundurkan diri dan dinyatakan batal.<br />
4. Apabila pelamar  memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian<br />
hari  diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan tes, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi<br />
CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Kementerian Perindustrian, Kementerian  Perindustrian<br />
berhak menggugurkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau  memberhentikan sebagai<br />
CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Kementerian  Perindustrian dan melaporkan sebagai tindak<br />
pidana di Pengadilan  Negeri, karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.<br />
5. Keputusan  panitia tidak bisa diganggu gugat. Para pelamar diharapkan untuk terus<br />
memantau situs Kementerian Perindustrian terkait dengan informasi  penerimaan<br />
CPNS Kementerian Perindustrian tahun 2010.<br />

<p>QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)<br />
Scope of Works :</p>
<p>* Ensure that the work is performed to produce deliverables in a professional and high quality manner and in complete accordance with company’s and acceptable industrial Codes and Standards for Construction.<br />
* Development and implementation of a project quality assurance plan, preparation of an audit program, and the implementation and maintenance of audit record.<br />
* Must possess the qualities of character to notify project management of problem that are known to exist and may by re-occurring, and even to stop the work if necessary in order to take corrective action.</p>
<p>Qualifications :</p>
<p>* At least Bachelor of Civil Engineering<br />
* At least 10 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area or Civil Engineer and has experience from a least 2 (two) project similar duties for this scope, specially in construction industry.<br />

• Extensive knowledge of Codes and Standards related to piping design<br />

• Knowledgeable and practical experience with emergency electrical system requirements and design, and requirements for hazardous area certification and hazardous area equipment selection.<br />

<p>LEAD PIPING/PDMS DESIGNER (LP-DGR)</p>
<p>• Must possess minimum an Engineering DRAFTING Certification/Diploma<br />
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities<br />
• At least 15 years of experience in piping design and participating/managing piping fabrication, testing, and completion/commissioning/start-up efforts for the offshore oil industry. Project experience includes responsibility for defining the scope of work, schedule, budget and project execution plan as related to piping design/drafting requirements<br />
• Extensive knowledge of Codes and Standards related to piping design<br />
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.<br />

• Strong technical/engineering skills with a knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.<br />
• Large, integrated project experience in an international setting. Operational experience is preferred in order to feed field experience back into the project.<br />
• Demonstrated ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence<br />
• Broad knowledge of electrical equipment, manufacturers and system suppliers.<br />

<p>• Must possess bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of oil and gas experience<br />
• Strong technical / engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena<br />
• Hands on experience in handling Process Engineering software<br />
• Familiar with international codes and standards applicable in Oil and Gas industry<br />
• Enough supervisory skill to manage a team<br />
• Able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines<br />
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language</p>
<p>INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (IE)</p>
<p>• Having Bachelor degree in physic Engineering Discipline from Reputable University<br />
• Minimal 5 years experiences in project, Engineering and Design, Construction of Process Control and Instrument for Oil and Gas<br />
• Required skill (s): Project Development, Production Enhancement in Construction, Engineering and Proposal, Control and Instrument System<br />
• Familiar with international codes and standards applicable in Oil and Gas industry<br />
