Key Relationships:

Project Supervisor (East Kalimantan)
Location: East Kalimantan

Purpose:

  • The Project Supervisor for PT dnx Indonesia is the project representative accountable for managing engineering and project delivery activities in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that key targets for projects are met.
  • This position will be responsible for the timely and cost effective execution of the PT. DNX Indonesia plan for local construction and commissioning of Plant Site Operation at the Mine Site.
  • This will be achieved while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate procedures, standards and strategy. Furthermore the project supervisor will be responsible for installing a sustainable maintenance program for the plant sites and bulk loading equipment to be manufactured.

Essential Functions:

  • To supervise the emulsion plant, shot-bag manufacturing facilities, and standard dnx’s depots.
  • Contribute to design, setting of specification, construction oversight of third party manufacturers, and commissioning of bulk loading equipment
  • Ensure all project planning, engineering, construction and commissioning activities achieve the required performance in HS&E, compliance with project management policies.
  • Provide input to the operational team, and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilities and operational plans.
  • In coordination with the Project team, develop, implement and maintain an appropriate system of business controls and schedules for the project, consistent with corporate policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Civil / Mechanical Engineer (S1 Degree is preferably).
  • Min of 4 years experience in supervising project.
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Good computer literate (i.e. AutoCAD, Microsoft Project)

SAP & Purchasing Coordinator is to efficiently manage the purchasing of raw materials, invoicing, conduct audit of suppliers, customs clearance, customer orders processing,stock inventories and reconciliation, commercial tasks activities, production of promotional materials. All activities will be focused on effectively working in the global SAP environment. The position will be linked to the Supply & Logistic team based in Indonesia with close relation with the Supply team in Brisbane, Australia.

Work Experience Requirements :

  • S1 University degree in business / management;
  • Work experience in an international organization or progressive local organization;
  • 2+ yrs in Customer Service / Relationships activities;
  • 2+ yrs supervision and responsible for supply chain management.
  • Has been involved in a system implementation;
  • Construction, mining, resources or manufacturing industry experience.
  • Medium competency with a spreadsheet application (e.g., MS Excel);
  • Intermediate competency in written and spoken English.

Working Conditions:
