Reliability Engineer/ Instrument Engineer
Responsible for the reliability performance of all the plant and equipment in the country. As part of a cohesive team, work with Field Operations to implement individual plant maintenance strategies and improvement projects to ensure reliable delivery of contractual product at optimum cost

Principal responsibilities:

  • Process safety, ensure all operating condition and parameter are comply with company standard.
  • Respond to any alert related with Safety process.
  • Work with Project Engineer to do project analysis, calculation, and review and work execution related with plan operational process.
  • Work with Field Operations and central ops team to ensure safe working practices and strict compliance to all applicable site safety requirements for all site maintenance and project work
  • Ensure that all key sites have active contingency plans with identified reliability risks mitigated per plan
  • Ensure through review that plants are operated within agreed limits, both for local operated plants and also for remote operated plants (through Remote Operation Control)
  • Provide experienced based technical advise to the Field Operations as required
  • Represent the Regions reliability interests in the proposal and project commercialization process, including scope and spares input and new plant acceptance

Mechanical Technician
Responsible to all mechanical work to ensure the work executed within timely manner and with high quality. Responsible for implementing best Maintenance practices, standards, processes and specifications across this area.

Principal responsibilities :
Responsible under guidance of Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent for safe efficient and reliable routine and major maintenance of a multiple unit on Gas Turbine, Steam turbine Power plant and Air Separation Unit plant in Mechanical scope of work:

  • Assist the Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent in collecting and analyzing data and maintains equipment prudently in accordance with industry standards and site maintenance procedure
  • Follow all company and safety procedure/rules
  • Assist in the development of maintenance procedure and in the training and qualification
  • Responds to emergency call refer to plant problem as soon as possible. Investigate and plan for repairing work to bring equipment back to normal operation
  • Essential duties and responsibilities ;
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks as specified on Work Order. Read and understand all instruction and vendor manual technical information. Discuss with Maintenance Manager in any problem and doubtful during execute of work.
  • Closing the PM and CM Work Order report including maintain record and file as the job complete in Gpmate (software) within Maintenance Manager approval
  • Create Corrective Maintenance Work Request for any problem or possibility problem that may appear base analyses of tasks has been done in PM work order
  • Replacing and resetting all parameter of equipment that not met to vendor manual/Maintenance procedure as such as alignment, clearance, etc. of equipment.
  • Organize the schedule of job base to instruction and planning date on PM and CM work order
  • Perform other job as assignment by Maintenance Work Order for type ‘ Other’ as specify on job description/tasks instruction and make discussion with Maintenance Manager any additional or modification of plant equipment/facility
  • Maintain all tools and keep in appropriate storage after completion of work. Maintain condition of tool all the time.

Additional Information:

  • As a measurement of the job completion, the following report have to be generated as per schedule below:
  • Provide Daily work progress to Maintenance Planner in timely manner.
  • Provide Field measurement in soft copy, every event.

Key interfaces
Internal relationship:

  • Cooperation with Safety, Health, and Environment & Quality Department. Promote safety, particularly in the area of PPE awareness, permit to work system, group meeting, planned general inspection, safety signs, fire fighting facilities, training and loss control program.
  • In cooperation with Operations Department Supervisor and Engineer. Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent shall make a good coordination with Operations staff members to ensure all work is promoted as teamwork between the departments, carried out on time, on schedule with a high degree of work quality.
  • In cooperation with Engineering Department. Maintenance Mechanical superintendent shall establish coordination and cooperation to assist where possible in engineering change projects, Condition based monitoring and assist with performance management testing of plant and equipment.

External Relationship:

  • Establish a good link with critical supplier, contractors and manufacturers in order to ensure all technical specification are provided correctly
  • Establish relationship with Labour hire Company to ensure required man power provided in timely manner.

  • Diploma degree of chemical, electrical, mechanical or instrumentation with at least 1 years experience in industrial engineering.
  • Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
  • Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and oter related application tools/software, CMMS
  • Have a good knowledge and experience on overhaul big rotating equipment, maintenance and installation of Gas Turbine , Steam Turbine, Boiler , Pump, compressor .
